The crate should …
The crate should not be used after he or she is over one year old. This can cause emotional and behaivoral problems. If you need to keep your pet in a designated area, put them in a ‘pen’ Crates are used for puppies being housebroken and when they are too small to fend for themselves at night and/or while you are away for SHORT periods of time, this video is complete bull and do NOT take any of this adbvoce or you and you dog, (possibly your home) will suffer.

nah, what you do is …
nah, what you do is throw the treat or toy in there and then lock the gate before the dog can get in, that way the dog WANTS to get in there.

she just forgot to …
she just forgot to let the dog out afterwards. as you’re introducing the dog to the crate, you lock the gate for a short time, then let the dog out again. as the dog gets more used to the crate, you increase the time it is locked inside.
